1. You are a unique member of the family
The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12 ).
Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it (1 Corinthians 12:27 )
2. With you your church family can achieve more
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).
Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you (Leviticus 26:8).

If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully (Romans 12:6-8 6 ).
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21). 4. You are a visible manifestation of God’s workFormerly he (Onesimus who was a slave) was useless to you (Philemon his former master), but now he has become useful both to you and to me (Philemon 1:11).
